Kitchen Renovation in Germantown 100+Year Old House

We gutted the decades old, gray scale kitchen in this 100 year old home to create this rich, deep, earth toned haven that evokes the client's northern California upbringing.

Terracotta fish-scale tile backsplash reaches to the 10ft ceilings. A speckled cream tile frames the sink. Deep green cabinets with a modern shaker profile are topped with a custom concrete countertop in a warm taupe. Matte black hardware serves to bring out the depth in this rich color palette.

I designed a custom breakfast nook with a curved l shaped bench to incorporate a structural pole we could not move. Now this is a lovely space for coffee and pet naps.
