The last time this 1920's home saw a renovation and design update was in the early 1990's. The family room had beige carpet and 1970's wood panels. The bookshelves were closets.

The family room, guest room, and screened in porch were completely under utilized. Now the family room is an incredibly comfortable room to read, nap, and most importantly relax with family and friends. The guest bedroom is full of light and eccentric touches. The screened in porch is perfect for drinks and conversation.
